All faculty members are familiar with kosher cooking, are intimately familiar the techniques that they teach in kosher food preparation as well as all ingredients used for the course are strictly kosher.

The teaching on how to use kosher culinary techniques and guidelines is a unique area of skill that is has long been missing in the career culinary school courses offered in America. This field is not offered in even the most prestigious cooking schools here in the United States. At the CKCA, kosher culinary cooking classes are taught in 6 week full time sessions or 12 week sessions if you are only able to attend classes part time. There are 8 sessions of kosher culinary cooking classes offered each year.

The course concentrates on how to use kosher culinary cooking skills when baking or making pastries, Far Eastern dishes, French cuisine, Italian kosher cooking and healthy vegetarian dishes.
